How to check the assessment level of a college.

This is not 100% reliable information but it works. 
Go to this website: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/web-evidentiary-tool
Select Country of passport : Nepal
Enter the college or education provider or cricos code: 
and click display evidence; 

If you see the "Evidence of financial ​capacity"
in the checklist then, the college is in level 2 or 3. not level 1. 

Now Select the country of passport : Hong Kong 
click display evidence: 

If you see the "Evidence of financial ​capacity"
in the checklist then, the college is in level 3. 

If you don't see the "Evidence of financial ​capacity"
in the checklist then, the college is in level 2.
